Doutor Opera is a healthcare platform that provides surgeries with specialized doctors, aiming to give access to people who don’t have private health insurance or can’t get surgery through the public system.
Before the redesign, the website had several issues: it offered only a few surgical procedures, had a confusing structure, heavy images, poor SEO optimization, and wasn’t responsive. The company’s visual identity was also outdated and didn’t reflect its mission.
The Solution
When I joined the company, my first task was to redesign the brand, creating a modern and trustworthy identity. After that, I redesigned the website, focusing on a clean, responsive, and user-friendly layout.
I also optimized the site for SEO, improved loading speed, and reorganized the content to make navigation more intuitive and conversion-oriented.
The Result
Initially, the website offered only one type of surgery. Over three years, it expanded to more than six procedures.
The company’s conversion rate increased significantly, and before the end of the first year after the redesign, Doutor Opera reached over 1 million reais in revenue.
